The Mission Inn's Las Colinas Golf and Marina Community is located on the grounds of the beautiful and elegant Mission Inn Resort and Club.  Nestled near the shores of scenic Lake Harris near the picturesque town of Howey-in-the-Hills, the elevation averages 72 feet above sea level.  The surrounding terrain is some of the highest in Florida, ranging from 53 feet to 192 feet.

Starting with a rural golf course in 1964, the amenities have been expanded greatly.  Today, guests arrive from around the world to discover and enjoy the elegantly appointed accommodations and wealth of leisure activities that are tucked away on 65 pristine acres of gently rolling hills.

Taking center stage in this land of year-round sunshine are 36 holes of championship golf.  Boasting rare tee green elevations of 85 feet, towering forests and sparkling, spring-fed lakes, these spectacular courses are memorable no matter what the score.  Revered as one of Florida's finest, El Campeón, "The Champion", was designed by Charles E. Clarke of Troon, Scotland.  The course which opened in 1926, is ranked in the top 10 of Florida's 1400+ courses.  Las Colinas, "The Hills", was designed by former PGA Tour Player Gary Koch.  The course opened in 1992 to a nomination for "Best New Resort Course" by Golf Digest, giving it immediate recognition.  Traditional golf design and extraordinary gifts of nature only begin to define the golf experience at Mission Inn. 

Accommodations - Our deluxe guest rooms, club suites, one and two-bedroom penthouse suites and spacious two-bedroom villas offer unique amenities with golf, tennis or garden views.  Complimentary in-room personal comforts include hair dryer, coffee machine, dataport and ironing supplies. 

Attire - Casual business attire is generally worn throughout the resort, in our restaurants, La Hacienda and Nicker's, and in our clubhouse lounge Champions.  Resort casual (no shorts or tee shirts) to elegant attire is worn at night in El Conquistador Restaurant and La Margarita Lounge.

	Discover a new world of resort dining, beautiful Florida sunsets and a delicious collection of popular recipes in El Conquistador, overlooking the Plaza de la Fontana.
	Refreshing beverages and temping appetizers are served in La Margarita, our resort lounge, overlooking the Plaza de Las Palmas.  After a dip in the pool, there's La Chiquita Cabana for daytime beverage and snack service.
